Come to the Ecopolitan monthly UnCooking Class With Jessica Flannigan. This month's theme is Pasta - A Variety of Eco-Raw Options!! Taught by our dear friend and Ecopolitan Building's Eco-Stay Coordinator, Chef Betsy Shelton.

We will cover the entire spectrum of raw delicious pastas!

The cost is $45 per person, please call (612-87-GREEN) or sign-up in person to register. Beware of signing up late: Classes fill up fast in summer.

The event is taking place, as always, at the lecture room downstairs.

For the more serious culinary students, we offer private (one-on-one) un-cooking lessons with one of our chefs. Participants are taught by an Ecopolitan chef the essential skills, methods and recipes for getting started in raw-food preparation. Call or speak to our staff for registration.
