Body Cognition (Ecopolitan's Free Lecture Series)
Pnina Saar, Master Teacher of the Body Cognition system, will discuss and demonstrate this unique method of movement, exercise, and manual therapy. Body Cognition, which draws wisdom from many successful methods worldwide, proves that optimal results can only be achieved through slow, non-traumatic, attentive, and introspective relationship with our body.
