Come to the Ecopolitan monthly UnCooking Class with Becky, one of Ecopolitan's chefs. This time we will be making raw vegan sushi, along with several other delicious dishes inspired by various flavors from the Asian continent. (note change this month, it's NOT the last Sunday) The cost is $45 per person, please call (612-87-GREEN) or sign-up in person to register. Beware of signing up late: Classes fill up fast in summer.
