Come to the Ecopolitan monthly UnCooking Class With Jessica Flannigan. This month's theme is Pasta - A Variety of Eco-Raw Options!! Taught by our dear friend and Ecopolitan Building's Eco-Stay Coordinator, Chef Betsy Shelton. We will cover the entire spectrum of raw delicious pastas!
