In response to many of our customers' requests, we finally begin (selling bulk food items (nuts, seeds, and dried fruits) at special prices and of special quality.

What makes Ecopolitan bulk foods superior to other options?

Superior Freshness - you'll be able to purchase the products within a few days of packing, AT THE MOST, protecting their quality and preventing cumulative damage to their fat content. In other stores, you don't know for how long they were exposed to heat, oxygen, and light, all of which cause rapid rancidity via formation of toxic peroxidated polyunsaturated fats. These spoiled fats, which cause damage to the thyroid and other hormones, slow down metabolism and contributes to weight gain. They also cause immune suppression and free-radical damage, as well as increase the risk of cancer. Unfortunately, people rarely notice them in their early phase of formation, and often conceal their taste by cooking or roasting them, only aggravating the problem further.

Superior Hygiene - You will get bulk items that were only handled and packed by Ecopolitan's workers utilizing extreme cleanliness and strict hygienic procedures. In other stores, such items are usually handled by numerous individuals with questionable hygiene (unwashed hands and tools) and are occasionally sneezed at...

Highest Quality - Ecopolitan guarantees that only the freshest, vacuum-sealed, 100% organic, raw (unprocessed, un-roasted, no additives, no frying, etc.) products are offered. You don't need to watch out for items that might not be organic, items that have been destroyed by heat (masking their rancidity), and items that have been poisoned with preservatives such as sulfites (very common, especially with dried fruits!).

Selection - hard to find items such as raw organic pistachio meats, macadamia and brazil nuts, pine nuts and sun dried tomatoes will be easily obtainable at Ecopolitan. No futile searches!

Ecology - Ecopolitan uses recycled plastic bags pre-packed at either half-pound or one-pound sizes, preventing waste of bags. In other stores, most plastic bags are wasted in the purchase of very small amounts of food, and many are thrown away empty!

Convenience and Service - Easy to purchase while you're at Ecopolitan for a quick smoothie or for the healthiest, most sustainable organic meal (or wine) in the Twin Cities. You will be notified about arrival of new selections, so that your favorite selections will be available and the likelihood of disappointment will be minimized.
