Ecopolitan is a completely organic, vegan and raw (why and how) restaurant and an ecological shop selling natural, non-toxic home and body goods.

The entire menu is 100% organic - ALL of our produce, spices, oils, drinks, nuts, and seeds are wholesome and unprocessed, as intended by nature. Our food contains no GMO's (no soy or corn), no irradiated, fumigated, artificially fertilized, commercially altered foods, no toxic, cheap, hydrogenated fats/oils, and no additives whatsoever. Just pure freshness!

The entire menu is 100% vegan saving Earth's resources, fresh water supplies, ozone layer, topsoil, rainforests, greenhouse integrity, and our climate, while protecting your health!

The entire menu is 100% uncooked - Raw, unadulterated "living" foods preserve life-giving enzymes, vitamins, phyto-nutrients, antioxidants, & natural molecular structure.

All of our produce is washed with purified water (no tap water toxins) and soaked in diluted, harmless food-grade hydrogen peroxide, protecting against contamination and infection.

All of our drinks and juices are made with water purified by a high quality, regularly serviced R/O system. Only freshly squeezed organic fruits (no bottled liquids) are added to our smoothies.

All of our cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry materials are natural, earth-friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable. We sanitize our dishes with eco-friendly food-grade hydrogen peroxide.

Ecopolitan is painted, caulked, glued, and sealed using entirely non-toxic products (we discount the entire SafeCoat line). The air is purified of pollutants, formaldehyde, ammonia, and other toxic gases, creating the healthiest internal environment (we discount the best Austin Purifiers). Our Oxygen Bar constantly adds pure oxygen to the air, when not in use by our customers.

We support sustainable living - composting 100% of our organic waste, recycling, using biodegradable and recyclable items, encouraging cleaner modes of transportation (electric cars, buses, bicycles, feet), and generating solar/wind power on-site. We aim to prove that even city- dwellers (metropolitans) can preserve Earth's resources and ecology (hence the name Eco-Politan).

We support local growers and cooperatives, family estate farmers, environmentally-oriented agricultural and community programs, and non-profits dedicated to social and ecological health.

We offer education, friendship, resources, books, social support, recipes, kitchen equipment and demonstrations, and occasional entertainment, plus our Free Meetings every Tuesday, 6PM to 8+PM (presentation start exactly at 6:30 PM) - empowering individuals to make small changes that can benefit all life on our planet.
